# Bounded sequence admission — independent implementation

Reproduce: check out RustMC/RustMC at cf5cac9742db9ae06625a1922bc63e57730c5f74, apply changes.patch, use Rust 1.98.1
and run the eight commands in run.json with locked dependencies. This cumulative
patch includes the two earlier steps; apply only to the clean base. Clean-base
patch application was checked. The reconstructed previous patch matched its
recorded SHA256 before further edits.

SequencedWorld owns the local world and bounds active session cursors and cached
receipts. It accepts only the next sequence, caches world rejections as well as
successes, returns the latest identical retry without executing again, rejects
changed/old/skipped retries, and supports explicit grant/revoke. Six new tests;
20 cumulative added tests. Full workspace: 284 passed, 0 failed, 12 ignored.

Host code must authenticate and authorize before grant and retain handles locally.
This does not implement authentication, per-action permissions, reach/collision,
networking, persistence, rate limiting or multiplayer. No Java preview wiring or
upstream submission. Only one latest receipt is retained per active session.

validation.txt retains the interrupted dependency check and first Clippy failure.
Locked dependencies were fetched through the configured proxy and the nested-if
style was corrected. All final checks then ran offline successfully. Receipt
checks describe final attempts, not a claim that every attempt succeeded.
